ROOF GARDEN DESIGN AND BUILD
TIGERTURF AND AMAZONARTIFICIALGRASS WERE COMMISSIONED TO DESIGN AND INSTALL THE NEW PLAYGROUND FOR THE CARDIAC UNIT IN CRUMLIN HOSPITAL.
Working with architects, structural surveyors and hospital departments the design was finalised after many alterations to allow for kids and toddlers to play in a safe supervised area.
A blue track takes occupants around the playground into different zones for different activities.
There were 3 different layers to substrate:
- Reinforced Resin decking
- 20mm of crumb rubber were applied for a critical drop height of 1 meter
- TigerPLAY zoned surface ....complete with patented TIGERpaws!
