A Guide to Artificial Grass Installation
Lay your new TigerTurf Artificial Grass lawn following these simply steps and you will achieve lawn perfection.
Our guide to installing artificial grass will help you plan how much turf you’ll need and the total cost.
Step 1
Work out the total size of the lawn area you want to replace. Calculate this in metres squared.
Step 2
Use the blank grid in the Planning Tool (PDF attached) to help you work out how many 4 meter wide rolls of fake grass you’ll need. Position the rolls so that you have a minimum number of joints. Always roll grass away from viewing point. Its best practice to allow some extra coverge for a installation purposes.
Our artificial grass is supplied in and 4 meter widths and up to 25 metres. All grass rolls must be fitted in the same direction to give a uniform finish and ideally so that you are looking into the pile.
Step 3
Order the total square meterage of grass in your selected style, fixings, accessories and tools you require on our online shop.
