The old lawn did little to compliment the surrounding landscaped beds and patio.

Garden was heavily shaded by mature trees with overhead canopy.

These factors meant keeping a lawn in perfect condition was a full-time and costly exercise.

Topsoil removed by 4 inches and 2 inches of 804 limestone aggregate applied below blighting dust to create an equal and even surface that will hold its level and drain freely.
